Breath is the one recovery tool that works in seconds — downshifting your nervous system before sleep, between intervals, or in a stressful moment. Three patterns we program:

    Box breath (4·4·4·4) — focus & pre-session calm. Inhale 4, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4.
  • 2
    Physiological sigh — double inhale, long exhale. The quickest way to drop tension on demand.
  • 3
    4·7·8 wind-down — inhale 4, hold 7, exhale 8. Pairs with the sleep protocol in your plan.
